Size Exchange Policy:
In order to make a size exchange, you will need to:

You can return your order for any reason for store credit (Only), equal to the final price that you paid for (Shipping is not included). In order to be eligible for a return, you will need to:

In the rare case that you received a damaged product, you will be eligible for full refund or a free replacement within a period of maximum 15 days from the delivery date. Any claims later then 15 days after receiving the order are not guaranteed to be refunded or replace.
Changing or canceling an order:
We might be able to change or cancel an order, only within 24 hours from the time you made it. To ask for it, contact us by email to email@example.com, and add the word URGENT in the email subject . After 24 hours from the order time, we will definitely could not be able to change or cancel it, since it has already moved to production within that time.
Problem with shipment:
In the rare case that the shipping service has lost your package, and it is not marked as delivered AND it has been more than 60 days since you made the order, we will send you a replacement, or issue a full refund for you, according to your choice.
* We will not be responsible and could not issue a refund if the package could not be delivered because of wrong/not full shipping details, or if the information on the tracking is that the package has delivered, or for refused to acceptance deliveries by the customer (Or couldn't be delivered for any other reason than the ones we specified).
Also please note that we are not getting back any shipment that is returned to sender, and will not issue refunds according to such a statement.
The customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping expenses for returning/exchanging an order.
Shipping back must have a tracking number, and the customer needs to make sure to send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org for an approval before making the shipment.
