Important: If you send anything for exchange/return, then please send us the tracking number you will have for it, to our Email: email@example.com
In order to make an exchange, you will need to:
- Make sure that the exchange is within the range of up to 2 sizes different than the original size (That means it can be 1 size different, or 2 sizes different) in your order, and within 15 days since the order has reached to you.
- Send us a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, the reason for exchange, and the new requested size.
- Once we send a message back to you and approve the exchange, send your order back to us, with a tracking number, to our US address (You can see it at the bottom of the page).
- MAKE SURE to update us with the tracking number you will get for your shipment back to us. Once we get it, we will start producing the exchange, and the times will be about the same as in the original order.
- After an exchange is made, we can not accept the order back for another exchange or a return.
Otherwise, we can not make the exchange. Thank you.
Changing or canceling an order:
We might be able to change or cancel an order, only within 24 hours from the time you made it. To ask for it, contact our Email: email@example.com . After that time, we definitely could not change or cancel it, since we produce according to each order, and orders enter production within that time.
You can return your order for any reason and get a store credit, for the same amount that you paid for. In order to be eligible for a return, you will need to:
- Make sure that your order was received within the last 20 days and was made within the last 60 days. Is unused, in the same way, you got it, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Send us a message to: firstname.lastname@example.org with all details about your order: Name, order number, the reason for the return.
- Once we send you a message back and approve the return, send your order back to us, with a tracking number, at our US address (You can see it at the bottom of the page).
- MAKE SURE to update us with the tracking number you will get for your shipment back to us. Once we get it, we will send you a message with the coupon for store credit, or the items you requested.
Problem with shipment:
In the rare case that you received a wrong/damaged order, or that the post lost your shipment, and the package is not deliverable/it has been more than 60 days since you ordered,
Then you can contact us and we will make another order for you, or we will issue a full money back refund for you, according to your choice. (Within 14 business days since we get your order back).
*We will not be accountable and could not issue a refund if you filled the wrong details and our package could not be delivered because of that, or if the information on the tracking is that the package was delivered, or for missed deliveries by the customer. (Or for any other reason than the ones we specified)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping must have a Tracking number, and the customer needs to make sure to send us a message about it to email@example.com

If the tracking says it was delivered but you did not get it:
In that case, first please make sure to check for the chance that someone else at your address has collected the notice, or the item.
Second, please check with your local post office about it, you can check who is your local post office by searching your details and zip code. It should wait for you there.
