Size Exchange Policy:

In order to make a size exchange, you will need to:

  1. Make sure that the wanted exchange is within the range of max 2 sizes from the original order (That means it can be 1 or 2 sizes bigger or smaller), and it has been less then 15 days from the original order delivery time.
  2. Send us a message to: with your order number, name, the reason for exchange, and the new requested size (Please follow our sizing instructions that written in the product description for more accurate results).
  3. Once we send a message back to you and approved the exchange/return, send your order back to us, with a tracking number, to our US return address (As written at the bottom of this page).
  4. MAKE SURE to update us with the tracking number you will get for your shipment back to us. Once we get it, we will start producing the exchange, and the times will be about the same as in the original order.
  5. After an exchange is made, we can not accept the order back for another exchange or a return.

Otherwise, we could not make the exchange.


Return Policy:

You can return your order for any reason for store credit (Only), equal to the final price that you paid for (Shipping is not included). In order to be eligible for a return, you will need to:

  1. Make sure that your order was delivered within the last 20 days, and it is unused, in the same condition that you have got it, and in the original package with proof of purchase.
  2. Send us a message to: with all details about your order: Name, order number, the reason for the return.
  3. Once we send you a message back and approve the return, send your order back to us, with a tracking number, at our US address (You can see it at the bottom of the page).
  4. MAKE SURE to update us with the tracking number you will get for your shipment back to us. Once we get it, we will send you a message with the coupon for store credit, or the items you requested.

*** Exception: We can not accept products for return\exchange if they are products which are considered as personals: bathing\swimming suites, underwear, socks. 


In the rare case that you received a damaged product, you will be eligible for full refund or a free replacement within a period of maximum 15 days from the delivery date. Any claims later then 15 days after receiving the order are not guaranteed to be refunded or replace.


Changing or canceling an order:

We might be able to change or cancel an order, only within 24 hours from the time you made it. To ask for it, contact us by email to, and add the word URGENT in the email subject . After 24 hours from the order time, we will definitely could not be able to change or cancel it, since it has already moved to production within that time. 


Problem with shipment:

In the rare case that the shipping service has lost your package, and it is not marked as delivered AND it has been more than 60 days since you made the order, we will send you a replacement, or issue a full refund for you, according to your choice.

* We will not be responsible and could not issue a refund if the package could not be delivered because of wrong/not full shipping details, or if the information on the tracking is that the package has delivered, or for refused to acceptance deliveries by the customer (Or couldn't be delivered for any other reason than the ones we specified).

Also please note that we are not getting back any shipment that is returned to sender, and will not issue refunds according to such a statement.


Return/Exchange Shipments:

The customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping expenses for returning/exchanging an order.

Shipping back must have a tracking number, and the customer needs to make sure to send us a message to for an approval before making the shipment.
